Choices is hosting a Whole Health Initiative, to encourage individuals to not only think about mental and physical health, but the importance of taking care of our intellectual, financial, spiritual, environmental, occupational and social health as a whole to encourage overall wellness! Vendors and speakers will be present to explain the importance of each dimension of wellness and how to improve our overall wellness.
Join us for a day of learning, community, and of course fun!
Lunch will be served at 12 pm.
